What we collect
Information you provide directly — through the contact form or a conversation with us — such as your name, email, phone number, and details about your financial situation when you choose to share them. We also collect standard technical information (like browser type and pages visited) through normal site operation.
Calculators
Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not sent to Kinship. Some values are temporarily stored in your browser session to carry your inputs between tools.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, evaluate financing options on your behalf, and communicate with you about your application if you move forward with one. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and site data
This site uses minimal technical cookies necessary for it to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Sharing with third parties
As a mortgage brokerage, we share application information with lenders, investors, and service providers as necessary to process a loan — only with your knowledge, and only as required to do the work you've asked us to do.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we're not legally required to retain.
